I ordered the book that Amazon screwed up delivering. After one month I still didn’t receive it. So I went to your website and it was delivered from the UK to Belgium within a week. So happy!

Shipment to Canada is mediocre at best. They often do nit charge for shipping but the service reflects what you pay.

A few shipments have never been received. While they say they are shipping another identical item, I have yet to see those also.

I order vinyl records from other outlets in the UK and never had this problem.

I would highly recommend Rarewaves, mainly for the fair prices and the low shipping cost within Europe. The only negative thing I could come up with is the packaging, the boxsets I ordered were slightly damaged unfortunately.. other than that, great service!

I placed an order for 2 records. 1 came damaged as the package got wet, which in turn ruined the sleeve and record. They were extremely helpful and sent me a replacement ASAP. The team is kind, patient and has great communication. Thanks Rarewaves! Will order more in the future. Highly recommended.

I'm an old fart looking to re-view TV from the 1970s and 80s. Rarewaves have titles nobody else stocks. Shipping costs to the other side of the world are very friendly, and dispatch service is first class.

Great prices, great customer services, but very bad packaging. Discs needs to be packaged more securely even though you cannot guarantee shipping safety.

The CD's and their price were very fine although it took more than 14 days from sending them till I received them (but maybe Royal Mail or the local post are to blame for this)

I am still waiting for my first order to arrive. The order was placed on 16 December 2022 and I received notification that it had been shipped on 20 December. No details were given on the shipping method or expected delivery period. However close to 2 months is getting to be too long.
It would be helpful if Rarewaves could provide such details and an estimated time of delivery.

I had previously trusted Rarewaves through eBay, but now I trust Rarewaves directly through their own site. I bought two vinyls. They took a little less than a month to arrive (I'm from Chile) and they arrived in perfect condition. I'm very happy!

This item arrived on 03/02/2023. Item came well packaged!!!. The cd case, information booklet, back panel and cd itself all in pristine condition!!!. The cd plays perfect and sounds excellent!!!. Thank you for the very prompt and courteous service provided, a reliable and recommended seller that I shall purchase from in the near future!!!. Thank you!!!!

Ordered more items again and once again very pleased with the service and also the price, some real bargains if you take a look, which I highly recommend, free post as well, you can't ask for better than that.
